A programme designed to help facilitate a smooth transition to/from Maternity, Paternity, Adoption or Parental Leave.

This package consists of 4 sessions usually held before, during leave and through the transition back to work.

Topics are determined by your individual needs but typically cover:

Planning for leave/return
Boundary setting/maintenance
Overcoming barriers such as confidence or imposter syndrome
Adapting to change
