Coaching, in a nutshell

So, what exactly is coaching?

You probably already know that coaching isn’t about being told what to do -  it’s about having the right support (and space) to figure it out for yourself.

Coaching is grounded in psychology and neuroscience, and is proven to improve performance. Coaching can help you navigate change, see things differently, and move forward with more clarity and confidence.

You’re the expert on your own life and work. My role? To ask the right questions, help you unlock your thinking, and hold space for the conversations that make real change happen.

And because coaching is personal, chemistry matters. The best work happens when there’s trust, openness - and a bit of laughter too.

I'm proud to have worked with clients from

This is how we do it...

Coaching isn’t one-size-fits-all, and no two coaches are the quite the same.  Every coach brings their own mix of experience, values and personality - and alongside my qualifications and credentials, mine blends 15 years of practical experience working in People & Talent in Tech and Consumer Brands with a genuine curiosity about what makes people tick.

Clients often describe me as warm, honest, and easy to talk to. I’m an empathetic listener, but I’ll also gently challenge you when it helps you grow.

I use a mix of approaches - drawing on Positive Psychology, NLP and Transactional Analysis - and I have a strong intuition which guides me to know when to dig deeper or help you take action.

My sessions balance reflection with progress. You’ll always feel supported, but you’ll often leave with something practical to move forward with.

Most clients work with me for three or six months to make meaningful change, but if you just want a boost on something specific, a one-off Power Hour can work brilliantly as a starting point too.

When appropriate (and with your permission) I can pop on my 'mentoring' hat too, and use my practical experience in Tech & Ecommerce to guide you.

I can also include specific mentoring support for CVs, applications, LinkedIn and interviews, as required.
