GRIT Evolution
6 months | 12 sessions
Best for: Women who know what they want next - a promotion, a bigger role, more impact - and are ready to make it happen
You're pretty clear on where you want to go. You've known for a while. You're ready for more - more responsibility, more recognition, more impact.
But something keeps getting in the way at the moments that matter most. You sit in the meeting with the thought and say nothing. You take on the thing you meant to say no to. You work harder than anyone realises and the recognition still doesn't quite match the effort. You can see the next level - you just can't quite get there from here.
It's not a capability problem. You're good at what you do and you know it. It's something more subtle than that. The patterns that got you this far - perhaps over-delivering, staying in the detail, not quite backing yourself when it counts - are starting to work against you.
You don't need someone to tell you what to do. You need someone to help you figure out what's actually getting in the way - and support you through the transition as it unfolds.
That's what GRIT Evolution is.
GRIT Evolution supports you through the transition. The highs, the lows and everything in between.
Example topics we cover may include:
→ Speaking up, challenging or vocalising your ambition
→ Getting out of the detail and operating more strategically
→ Stopping overfunctioning and boundary setting
→ Navigating stakeholder relationships
→ Patterns that keep showing up - and how to shift them
What's included:
✅ 12 x 60 min 1:1 sessions | fortnightly
✅ Voice note support between sessions
✅ Tools, resources and exercises tailored to you
✅ Real world support through promotions, difficult conversations and setbacks

Not quite right for you?
My client thought she might need to quit. She was promoted instead.
(a GRIT Evolution case study, shared with permission)
When my client first reached out, she was well on her way to burnout.
A high performer with big ambitions, juggling a demanding job with the realities of life after having kids. Her capacity was full. Her confidence was starting to wobble. And she'd started to wonder whether the only way out might be to quit.
She didn't want to quit. She loved her job. She just couldn't quite see the way through.
Through working together on my GRIT programme, we worked together to untangle what was really going on and work through it.
We uncovered a lot of friction between some of her core values and explored ways to better honour both in this season of her life.
We identified a key strength that had a shadow side - one that could sometimes hold her back.
And we explored the thoughts and beliefs in her head: where they came from, which ones deserved airtime, and how she actually wanted to show up.
When review season came, she felt ready. Grounded in her values, clearer on her worth. She advocated for herself with real confidence - and unlocked a way of working she hadn't thought would be possible before.
The result was a promotion and significant compensation increases - but crucially, not at the expense of her sanity or completely taking over her life outside work.
There is no magic wand. It's still a constant, delicate balancing act. Each week brings new, fresh challenges.
But importantly, she feels stronger and more grounded to handle them as they arise.
If any of this resonates, book a call today to explore how we can work together.
