About me

Hi, I’m Emma 👋🏼

I'm an ICF-accredited Executive Coach with many years of real-world experience in People and Talent at some of the UK's fastest-moving companies - including ASOS, Apple, notonthehighstreet, Carwow, Fussy and Mother Root.

Two decades inside the rooms where hiring and promotion decisions get made means I understand first-hand what helps people be engaged at work, flourish and progress - and what often holds them back.

When I discovered the power of coaching, I wished I'd experienced it earlier. It's no exaggeration to say that it totally transformed my career, my confidence  - and ultimately my life.

There's a very good reason so many C-suite executives have coaches - and I wanted to make that kind of support accessible to more people, not just those who are at the very top.

I'm Level 2 trained with Barefoot (PG Cert in Business and Personal Coaching) and hold my ACC accreditation. I draw on methodologies including systems work, NLP, positive psychology and Transactional Analysis to bring real depth to the work, and I've studied an Advanced Certificate in Neurodiversity in Coaching to supplement it.

I predominantly work with mid-career to senior leaders - Managers, Heads of, VPs and Directors - who want to grow & develop without burning out or lose themselves along the way.

Because we spend too much of our lives working, not to feel more fulfilled by it.

My story (so far)...

Whether you’re looking to progress in your career, navigate challenges at work such as wobbly confidence, shaky boundaries or misalignment, or find a new direction altogether, I’m here to support you to find your way through - and into action.

I’ve always had a strong inner drive to find real happiness and fulfilment - at work and in life. That drive has taken me around the world, shaped a 20-year career in Talent with some of the fastest-growing companies of the time and brought plenty of joy (and fun!) along the way.

But there were challenges too - there were times that I held myself back, lacked confidence or felt overwhelmed by the sheer amount to do.

I'm also now a mum - and, like many ambitious women, I quickly discovered how hard it can be to balance a demanding career with motherhood, shifting identities, and the never-ending mental load.

Since then, life has thrown me more than a few curveballs - those have reminded me how precious time is, and how important it is to live in a way that feels aligned and authentic.

Since training as a coach, I’ve brought together everything I learned in leadership, talent, coaching and life - to support other women to create careers (and lives) that actually feel good, and not get held back from achieving what they want by unhelpul beliefs or lowered self-confidence.

Outside of coaching, you’ll find me running by the river, squeezing in a gym class, laughing with friends over a glass of rosé, or ferrying kids between various clubs.
